The Town of Neenah DOES NOT HAVE AN ORDINANCE REGULATING CATS.

To report a dead wild animal, call the Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office at (920) 236-7300, non-emergency extension. If you have problems with wild animals such as deer or raccoons, call a private service.

Dog Licensing

Requirement:

The owner of a dog more than 5 months of age on January 1 of any year, or 5 months of age within the license year, shall annually, on or before the date the dog becomes 5 months of age, pay the dog license tax and obtain a license (Wisconsin Statute 174.05). The license will be valid January 1 though December 31.

Fees:
  • $5.00 For A Neutered Male Or Spayed Female Animal.
  • $10.00 For an Unneutered Male or Unspayed Female Animal.
  • $5.00 Additional Fee, If Paid After April 1.

The animal's current rabies vaccination certificate must be presented, certified by a licensed veterinarian when applying for the license.
