There are some areas on the east side of the Town that were missed for trash pick up on Thursday April 6, 2017. Harter’s Fox Valley Disposal will pick up trash on Friday April 7th for those residents. If your trash is not picked up by Noon on Friday April 7th, please call Harter’s Fox Valley Disposal directly at 1-888-804-8556.

There are several State, County and Local races on the ballot.
Don’t forget to bring your Photo ID to the polling place located at the Town Hall, 1600 Breezewood Lane.
Effective immediately weight limits are in effect on all Town of Neenah roads until further notice.
Single Axle = 6 ton
Double Axle = 10 ton

Legal Notice Regarding Amendment of Town of Neenah
Ordinance 2017-01 – Building Code Electrical
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on January 23, 2017 at 7:00 pm, the Town Board of the Town of Neenah adopt the following amendment to Town of Neenah Ordinance Code Chapter 12 as follows: Chapter 12.04(1)(a) By local ordinance, only the following persons shall be permitted to engage in electrical work in the Town of Neenah: 1. Electrical contractors: Any State of Wisconsin licensed and insured “Electrical Contracting” firm that employs at least one full-time employee of which holds a valid State “Master Electrician” certification. 2. Homeowners: Any homeowner may personally perform electrical work in his owner-occupied single-family dwelling on the same premises, to include structures and accessory buildings, beyond the main electrical panel disconnect, upon proving his competency to comply with all rules and regulations as set forth in the State adopted Electrical Code (SPS 316 and the current State adopted National Electrical Code) and he complies with the National Electrical Code Article 100 Definition of a “Qualified Person”, i.e. one who has skills and knowledge related to the construction and operation of the electrical equipment and installations and has received safety training to recognize and avoid the hazards involved. A copy of the Code is available for public inspection at the Town of Neenah Municipal Building and on the Town of Neenah website www.townofneenah.com.
