2017 Road Construction Plans 2017 construction season is upon us. The plan, weather permitting and depending on crew availability, is to complete the final layer of asphalt in the Rolling Heights Subdivision on Dartmouth Drive, Harvard Lane, Radcliff Road from Dartmouth Drive to the end of Franzoi Park, Yale Lane and Vassar Lane.
