BUILDING INSPECTION SERVICES
Town of Neenah building inspection services are provided through SAFEbuilt Building Inspection Services.
SAFEbuilt Inspections is a leader in the inspection industry for residential and commercial plan review and inspections. SAFEbuilt is contracted through the Town of Neenah to ensure quality development and property maintenance. Inspections are required by law and town ordinance.

Permit Applications
Permit Applications are available through SAFEbuilt's online portal. Please click on the following link to begin your application
Once a permit is submitted via the online portal, the application will be reviewed, and you will receive information regarding the permit fee and a link to pay the permit fee online.
Plan Reviews and Permit Applications may take up to 10 business days for residential projects and 15 business days for commercial projects during peak construction season.
