Bob has been the Chairman for the Town of Neenah since 2009. Bob has served as the Plan Commission Chair and currently serves as the Chairman of the Stormwater Utility District Board. He represents the Town of Neenah as the Wisconsin Towns Association Winnebago County Units Chairman.

Professional

Bob worked for the City of Madison in the planning department for many years before moving on to work with two major landscape firms in the Fox Valley area. Later, Bob taught Fox Valley Technical College’s Horticulture and Landscape program at the State of Wisconsin Division of Corrections.

Personal

Bob has lived in the Town of Neenah for 40 years. He and his wife, Sue, are actively involved in Trinity Lutheran Church in Neenah and have seven children, 16 grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. They are “life members” in the Adella Beach Fishing and Boating Social Club. Bob has been involved in many organizations including East Central Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission, ECRPC Outdoor & Environmental Committee, NEWSC Municipal Committee, Winnebago Waterways Steering Committee, and Fox Chamber of Commerce Economic Development Committee.

David was elected to the Town Board in April 2022.  David served on the Parks and Trails Committee since  .....   and as Chairman of the Parks and Trails Committee since 2014 until his election to the Town Board.  As a Town Board member, he serves on the Board of Review and Stormwater Utility District Board.

Brooke Cardoza

Brooke has been a Supervisor with the Town Board since April of 2015. She has just started her third term. In addition to the Town Board, Brooke also serves as a member of the Communications Committee, Parks and Trail Committees, and the Storm Water Utility District Board.

Professional

Brooke graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Madison with a degree in Journalism and an emphasis in Advertising and Public Relations. She has been a Tactical Design Manager at Phototype since 2011 and works on package graphic projects with a large consumer packaging company in the area.

Personal

She has been a life-long resident of the Town of Neenah. Brooke and her husband, Brad, have two sons, Evan (12) and Sam (7), and a dog, Rosie. Her free time is kept busy with kids' activities, visiting local restaurants, and enjoying all that our community and the surrounding area has to offer. During the summer, Brooke and her family spend as much time as they can at their "home away from home" at Evergreen Campground in Wild Rose, WI

Jim Weiss

Jim has been a Supervisor with the Town Board since 2013.  He was appointed in 2017 and has since held the position as an elected member. Jim served on the Plan Commission for four years and currently serves on the Communications Committee and Stormwater Utility District Board.  He has a keen interest in promoting a healthy, safe and sustainable Town of Neenah.

Jim has been involved in sales, marketing, and corporate training.  He is a sales consultant for Bergstrom Acura.

Personal

Jim has been a Town of Neenah resident for 25 years. Jim and his wife Margie have four children and 11 grandchildren who all reside in the Fox Valley area.  He is involved in numerous organizations, including St. Margaret Mary Parish, the YMCA, and the Neenah Rotary Club.

Tom Wilde

Tom has been a Supervisor since April 2019.  Tom has served on the Parks and Trails Committee, the Chairman of the Plan Commission, and currently serves on the Storm Water Utility District Board.  Additionally, Tom serves as representative of the Town on the Fox Cities Sports Facilities Advisory Committee, the Fox Cities Room Tax Commission, and the Appleton Redevelopment Authority Exhibition Center Advisory Committee.

Tom worked in Sales representing various label manufacturers in the Fox Valley area until retiring in 2013 as Sales Manager of a pressure-sensitive label manufacturer.

Personal

Tom and his wife, Barb, are lifelong residents of the Neenah area residing in the Town for the past twenty-one years.  They are active members of Trinity Lutheran Church in Neenah and volunteer at the Apple Valley Food Pantry.  Tom also serves as Chairman of the Endowment Committee.  They have two grown children and are blessed with four grandchildren, each of their children having a set of twins.  Tom and his family enjoy boating and summer activities at their cottage.
