Fire Prevention and Inspections

Most commercial and multifamily occupancies require a minimum of two annual inspections by the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services.

The Town of Neenah Fire Department has Fire Inspectors on staff, and our Inspectors complete fire prevention inspections during normal business hours. The Town of Neenah utilizes NFPA 1 as our guide for code enforcement.

We also offer life safety audits and educational visits to inspect a structure or occupancy to help ensure that it is safe, and we will provide recommendations for improvements. In addition, we conduct sprinkler system plan reviews and installations.
